Kimberly S. Price obtained her undergraduate
degree from Southeast Missouri State University in
1990 and her juris doctorate from the University
of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1994. While
in law school, Kim was on the editorial board of
the Missouri Law Review and was a member of the
Board of Advocates. She was awarded the Thomas E.
Deacy, Jr. Prize in Trial Advocacy and the R. Jack
Garrett & David Ray Prize for Excellence in
Trial Advocacy.
Following graduation from law school,
Kim served as a law clerk to the Honorable
Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. of the Supreme Court of
Missouri. Prior to joining Osburn, Hine,
Yates & Murphy, L.L.C., Kim was an Assistant
Prosecutor in Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties
and served as the Municipal Judge for the City of
Cape Girardeau.
Kim is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
Her practice focuses on appellate work and
general civil litigation, including the defense of
medical and legal malpractice, products liability
and toxic tort actions.
